When our client first approached DC3 Development, she envisioned a modern kitchen transformation— a space where her family could gather, create, and make memories. Our team partnered with her from the initial design phase through to the final walkthrough, ensuring every detail was handled with care and precision.
The goal was to create a kitchen that was not only beautiful but also highly functional, a true heart of the home. With a bright, modern design, ample workspace, and custom cabinetry, the result exceeded expectations. Our new kitchen is beyond what we imagine, stunning, functional, and perfectly designed. From start to finish, Ed and his team were incredible to work with. They collaborated with design consultant Lynda Monen to create a smart, efficient layout, and Ed personally selected everything from the cabinetry and countertops to the fixtures, paint colors, backsplash, and appliances. It was a true turnkey experience, and the entire process was smooth, thoughtful, and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the result!
We saw potential in this 1970s home, but it needed a complete overhaul. The layout was closed off and outdated, so we partnered with DC3 Development to reimagine it from the ground up-expanding the footprint, improving the flow, and opening up the views. What we have now is more than we imagined-bright, functional, and truly ours.
We began with a dated 1,230 sq. ft. structure and a bold vision, taking the home down to the studs to create a 2,300 sq. ft. modern retreat. The reimagined layout features open living spaces, panoramic windows, and terraced landscaping that connect the home to its surroundings. Every detail was shaped by our client’s vision and crafted with precision.
To better serve the community, the Chamber partnered with DC3 Development to reconfigure their Department of Licensing office. With a clear vision and a tight timeline, DC3 Development coordinated skilled trades and managed every detail with precision and care. The goal was to create a functional, welcoming space that improves flow for both staff and visitors.
What began as a modest remodel became a complete transformation. DC3 redesigned the Chamber’s Licensing office with new cabinetry, updated finishes, and a more efficient layout— making room for a reimagined lobby that now welcomes visitors. The fast-tracked collaboration resulted in a warm, functional space—built to better serve the Bainbridge community.
