In 2022, a personal experience confirmed just how much the construction industry needed change. After hiring a contractor for a home remodel and making a significant deposit, Ed was left without updates, progress, or accountability. Refusing to accept the loss, he took ownership of the project, managing the remodel to successful completion within seven months. Along the way, it became clear that too many clients faced the same frustration and that better was possible.
